Key Concepts of the Affiliate System 

In EvenBet’s platform, affiliates are partners who refer players to your poker room in exchange for a share of the revenue. The system supports two main affiliate models: 

• Referral Scheme: Affiliates act as referrers with limited control. The room owner manages the players, and affiliate commissions start from 5%. 

• Agent Scheme: Affiliates manage players, receive up to 90% of profits, and handle some administrative tasks (player creation, rakeback, payouts). 

Both models support up to 10 levels of affiliate subordination for flexible growth. 

Adding and Managing Affiliates 

How to Add an Affiliate: 

Navigate to the Add Affiliate page to create a new affiliate user. This interface is similar to the standard user creation screen but includes affiliate-specific options. 

Required fields include: login, password with confirmation, email, bonus code and access control settings. 

Configurable sections: 

• Account: Basic login info and player level 

• Affiliate: Assign parent affiliate (for affiliates at the 2nd level and below) and set custom profit rates 

• Main & Mailing Address: Personal details 

• Partnership: External system data and bonus code 

• Access Control: Restrict or allow access to certain parts of the back-office 

The Back-office includes an additional option for converting an existing player into an affiliate — Make Affiliate. Affiliates created using this option are assigned the default profit rates. 

Affiliate Dashboard Overview: 

Each affiliate has access to a dedicated Dashboard, which shows: 

• Profit – Net income: (Rake – Rakeback) × Affiliate rate 

• Casino Profit, Rake Revenue, Rakeback 

• Customizable filters and period selection 

• Detailed player and sub-affiliate data, including: 

• Rake, rakeback, casino and sportbook profit 

• Balance and money type 

Reports can be downloaded in XLS, CSV, or ODT formats. 

Assigning Players to Affiliates 

Players can be linked to affiliates in several flexible ways: 

• Affiliate Link: A unique URL is automatically generated in the admin panel. When a player registers through this link, they are automatically assigned to the affiliate. 

• Affiliate Script: This can be embedded into the affiliate’s website. Any user who visits the site and later registers in the poker room will be automatically linked to the affiliate via cookie/IP tracking. 

• Referral Code: Affiliates can share a unique code. If the player enters it during registration, they will be linked to the corresponding affiliate. 

Additionally, operators can manually assign players to an affiliate during account creation in the back-office using the Bonus Code field. 

Affiliate reports only include data from players after they have been assigned to an affiliate. 

Multi-Level Structure and Profit Distribution 

EvenBet supports a 10-level affiliate hierarchy, where revenue shares are split among parent and sub-affiliates. The total percentage must not exceed the main agent’s rate. 

Example: 

If the main agent has a profit share of 60% and there are 9 levels of affiliates under them, each level receives a smaller percentage than 60%. The lower the affiliate’s level, the smaller the percentage they receive. 

Affiliates can never earn more than their parent. If a sub-affiliate is set to 40% and the parent is also at 40%, the parent earns zero from that rake. 

Affiliate Settings and Payout Options 

Operators can configure two key aspects of affiliate compensation: 

Accrual Frequency – how often affiliate earnings are calculated: 

• Daily 

• Weekly 

• Monthly 

 Rate Application Method – which rate the system uses during payout calculation: 

• Dynamic – The rate is calculated in real time and may vary throughout the period. 

• Start of Period – The rate active at the beginning of the reporting period is used. 

• End of Period – The rate active at the end of the reporting period is applied retroactively for the whole period.

Affiliate List and Monitoring 

The My Affiliates page allows you to view direct sub-affiliates. You can expand the list using the “+” buttons to see deeper levels in the hierarchy. While the search function lets you find affiliates by nickname or name, it only works for direct affiliates. 

Key metrics are available for monitoring, including registration date, activity status, balances, profit rates, player counts, and more. 

To make changes, use Edit Affiliate to update details or adjust profit rates. If you need to check which players are assigned to a specific affiliate, the View Players option will show only their direct players, not those of sub-affiliates.
