Responsibilities:

  • Define target markets, brand positioning, and promotion channels; analyze market trends and competition; 
  • Develop mid- and long-term brand growth strategies, and create detailed marketing plans with timelines and resources; 
  • Design product launch strategies, including media planning and campaign development; 
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget; ensure ROI and optimize spending; 
  • Build, lead, and motivate a marketing team (marketers, content specialists, analysts, SMM manager), and manage external agencies; 
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics (ROI, LTV, etc.), adjusting strategies based on insights; 
  • Analyze customer journey data to identify funnel drop-offs and propose solutions to improve conversion. 

We expect you to have:

  • 5+ years of managerial experience, leading marketing teams (3+ years in a similar role in iGaming); 
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in marketing strategy development; 
  • Russian and English  at C1 level.
