Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business objectives in the Asian markets.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, focusing on market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Process both inbound and outbound sales funnels effectively.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and project management to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences to advance sales goals and enhance EvenBet Gaming’s brand presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Chinese — native or bilingual proficiency, English — full professional proficiency.
- Proven track record in sales across Asian markets.
- Strong business development skills, with a strategic mindset and exceptional business acumen.
- Deep understanding of Asian market segmentation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
