- Analyse business processes and the company’s financial and operational performance.
- Manage and modernise the management accounting system.
- Collect and analyse accounting data.
- Prepare financial statements: Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet.
- Reconcile data between management accounting (UU), Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), and IFRS.
- Analyse cash flow reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and budget control.
- Assess the economic substance of transactions.
- Monitor accounts receivable and financial cycles.
We expect you to have:
- A higher education degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting (BU), management accounting (UU), IFRS, financial control, and budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong management skills.
- English B2, Russian B2 level or above.
