Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integration strategies with external platforms, APIs, and partners;
  • Lead a team of integration specialists (L2/L3, developers, analysts);
  • Ensure integration quality, stability, and fault tolerance;
  • Coordinate technical requirements with partners and clients, including pre-sales;
  • Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams;
  • Optimise processes, automate API testing, and monitoring;
  • Maintain technical documentation and integration standards;
  • Analyse API market trends and adopt new technologies;
  • Handle high-level incidents (L3 escalations) and critical errors.

We expect you to have:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in integrations, APIs, payment systems, e-commerce, or SaaS;
  • Team management experience (5+ people), including task allocation and deadlines;
  • Understanding of REST API, Webhooks, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, and JWT;
  • Experience with payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard API) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and API Gateway principles;
  • Proficiency in monitoring and log analysis tools (ELK, Kibana, Grafana);
  • Experience collaborating with developers, DevOps, and business teams;
  • English proficiency at B2+ level (negotiations, documentation, partner interactions).
