About Position
Grade: MiddleTeam: Customer Success
Schedule: from 8 am to 17 pm (GMT+7)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients;
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships;
- Hold regular meetings with clients, including Weekly, Monthly, and QBR sessions;
- Identify business needs and client expectations;
- Handle escalations and resolve complex situations;
- Consult clients on platform functionality and product capabilities;
- Analyze client KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations;
- Collaborate with Support, Product, Development, Operations, and QA teams;
- Coordinate client request resolution and monitor agreement fulfillment;
- Identify client satisfaction risks and implement retention plans.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
- Experience building long-term client relationships and managing client expectations;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with different stakeholder levels;
- Understanding of operator metrics, monetization mechanics, and product impact on revenue;
- Ability to analyze client KPIs and provide recommendations based on data;
- Ability to quickly learn product functionality and conduct client consultations;
- Experience with project management and communication tools (Jenkins, Wiki, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Telegram);
- Location within GMT+6/7/8 time zones;
- English and Russian at B2+ level.
