About Position

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients;
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships;
• Hold regular meetings with clients, including Weekly, Monthly, and QBR sessions;
• Identify business needs and client expectations;
• Handle escalations and resolve complex situations;
• Consult clients on platform functionality and product capabilities;
• Analyze client KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations;
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Development, Operations, and QA teams;
• Coordinate client request resolution and monitor agreement fulfillment;
• Identify client satisfaction risks and implement retention plans.

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience building long-term client relationships and managing client expectations;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with different stakeholder levels;
• Understanding of operator metrics, monetization mechanics, and product impact on revenue;
• Ability to analyze client KPIs and provide recommendations based on data;
• Ability to quickly learn product functionality and conduct client consultations;
• Experience with project management and communication tools (Jenkins, Wiki, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Telegram);
• Location within GMT+6/7/8 time zones;
• English and Russian at B2+ level.
