About Position 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international banks, EMI providers, and crypto exchanges regarding the opening, maintenance, and closure of accounts;
• Manage annual compliance and KYC procedures;
• Process payments (foreign banks, EMI, crypto), monitor supporting documentation, and maintain proper document flow;
• Monitor and manage FX risks;
• Plan tariffs, analyze bank fees, and optimize banking expenses;
• Maintain adequate liquidity levels across international group companies;
• Prepare reports upon request from management and regulatory authorities;
• Maintain payment registers and approval workflows;
• Issue and manage corporate cards and wallets for business travel and operational expenses;
• Post bank statements into accounting/financial systems for non-Russian entities;
• Assist in Cash Flow (CF) preparation and reporting.

We expect you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in treasury management or similar roles (Middle+/Senior);
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Hands-on experience with neo-banking and EMI systems (e.g., BVNK, Revolut, Unlimit);
• Practical experience with crypto payments, crypto exchanges, and wallet operations;
• Legal residence within the EU;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office;
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles;
• English and Russian at B2+ Level.
