Responsibilities:
- Define target markets, brand positioning, and promotion channels; analyze market trends and competition;
- Develop mid- and long-term brand growth strategies, and create detailed marketing plans with timelines and resources;
- Design product launch strategies, including media planning and campaign development;
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget; ensure ROI and optimize spending;
- Build, lead, and motivate a marketing team (marketers, content specialists, analysts, SMM manager), and manage external agencies;
- Collect and analyze performance metrics (ROI, LTV, etc.), adjusting strategies based on insights;
- Analyze customer journey data to identify funnel drop-offs and propose solutions to improve conversion.
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of managerial experience, leading marketing teams (3+ years in a similar role in iGaming);
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in marketing strategy development;
- Russian and English at C1 level.
