SEO Specialist (Senior)

About Position 

Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, plan migrations, and develop quarterly and annual strategies with clear KPIs
• Content & Optimization: Collaborate on content strategy, optimize pages, and ensure SEO alignment with copywriters and PR teams
• Technical SEO: Handle meta tags, schema, indexing, page speed, and fix technical issues (e.g., redirects, robots.txt)
• Linkbuilding & Collaboration: Develop and execute a linkbuilding strategy, perform manual outreach, and work with international platforms (HARO, Outreach.io, etc.)

We expect you to have:

• 3-5+ years of experience in SEO (Senior), with a proven record of traffic and lead growth
• Strong expertise in technical SEO (audits, site structure, speed optimization for WordPress, Tilda, and other CMS)
• Experience with international linkbuilding, digital PR, and content optimization
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, and Yandex.Metrica
• English at B2 level, Russian at B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in SEO migrations (pre- and post-migration audits)
• Background in iGaming, FinTech, or highly competitive industries
• Experience working with reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI)
