About Position 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B operator clients across Europe, LATAM, Asia, and Africa;
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreements;
• Sell poker products, network liquidity access, and casino/aggregator integration modules;
• Develop and execute account-based strategies;
• Engage with multiple stakeholders (CEO, CTO, Product, Compliance) throughout the sales process;
• Collaborate with Product and Integration teams during the pre-sales stage;
• Participate in industry events (ICE, SBC, SiGMA, regional summits);
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM data.

We expect you to have:

• 3+ years (Middle+/Senior) of B2B iGaming sales experience (Platform, Aggregator, Poker, or similar);
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus;
• Experience in one or more of the following regions: Europe, LATAM, Asia, or Africa;
• Strong understanding of RevShare, Rake, Setup Fee deal structures and platform models (Turnkey, White-label, Standalone);
• Ability to manage enterprise-level sales cycles (3–9 months);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with key stakeholders.
