Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of payment solutions;
- Research and select payment solutions for clients;
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize payment solutions and processes;
- Support L2/L3 processes.
We expect you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in the payments industry – PSP, fintech, high-risk, iGaming is a plus (Middle+);
- Understanding of card schemes (Visa/Mastercard), APM (e-wallets, local payment methods), antifraud systems, chargeback processes;
- Experience managing integrations or product development;
- Ability to work with metrics and financial analytics;
- English and Russian at B2+ Level.
