Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies to identify and qualify ICP prospects
- Design, launch, and optimise targeted ABM and nurturing campaigns across email and social media (including LinkedIn)
- Create compelling outreach messages and personalised email sequences to engage prospects and build a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify inbound leads (when required) using BANT criteria before handing them over to Sales
- Maintain CRM and email platform data (Zymplify, HubSpot, Bitrix) to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare regular reports
- Research markets and competitors to uncover new opportunities and improve targeting
- Work closely with the Sales team to align messaging, ensure smooth lead handover, and refine strategies based on feedback
- Support Sales operations by tracking leads and activities in CRM/Contact Centre
We expect you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales development (B2B in iGaming or IT)
- Practical knowledge of research tools (e.g. Similarweb), CRM systems (HubSpot, Bitrix), and email marketing platforms (e.g. Zymplify, ActiveCampaign, Apollo)
- Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and other social media advertising
- Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, assess lead quality, and measure campaign effectiveness
- A proactive, organised, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- English at B2+ level, Russian at B2+ level
Nice to have:
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g. Demandbase, Terminus)
- Knowledge of SEO/research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similarweb)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template editing
