About Position 

Responsibilities:

• Optimize the cycle time for features from concept to production rollout; eliminate bottlenecks;
• Coordinate with development, testing, analytics, design, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases;
• Maintain feature status in the task tracker and provide regular updates;
• Manage the backlog, sprints, and priorities, and track project progress.

We expect you to have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Feature Manager, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager in IT or iGaming (Junior+);
• Experience managing multiple features in parallel;
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban), task boards, and feature flags;
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and release processes;
• English at B1+ level, Russian at B2+ level.
