Responsibilities:
- Manage client projects related to casino operations, including setup, ongoing support, and development;
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth communication between clients, support teams, and development teams;
- Address client needs proactively: organise support, provide consultations, test new features, and analyse requirements;
- Participate in product demonstrations and gather requirements from potential clients;
- Liaise with game providers on integrations, technical support, and product development;
- Coordinate the integration of new game providers;
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base for the casino vertical;
- Share expertise and mentor team members.
We expect you to have:
- 1+ year of experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Support specialist in IT or B2B SaaS (iGaming experience is a strong advantage);
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of casino products, gaming content, and providers is highly desirable;
- Client interaction: Proven experience in communicating with clients and external partners;
- Analytical skills: Ability to structure information, analyse data, and prioritise tasks effectively;
- Learning & initiative: Willingness to learn independently, a proactive approach, and the drive to optimise processes;
- Personal qualities: Strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and attention to detail;
- English at C1 level and Russian at B2+ level.
