Responsibilities:
- Interact with B2B clients on bonus campaigns and consult on system capabilities;
- Develop bonus mechanics for client goals (acquisition, activation, retention);
- Agree on bonus terms and configure campaigns in the system;
- Verify bonus functionality before launch and monitor campaign performance;
- Analyze bonus campaign results and manage anti-fraud efforts.
We expect you to have:
- Experience in iGaming, CRM/bonus systems, or gaming marketing (Middle);
- Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness (conversion, retention, ROI, LTV);
- Skills in working with data and reports;
- English at B1+ level, Russian at B2+ level.
