About Position
Grade: Middle
Team: Customer Success
Schedule: 2/2, 6 PM – 6 AM (GMT+7)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Handle incoming client tickets and resolve inquiries in a timely manner;
- Communicate with clients via chat, providing professional support and guidance;
- Monitor Grafana and notify the DevOps team and CTO when issues require attention;
- Configure the platform according to client requirements;
- Deliver product training sessions to help clients effectively use the platform.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support;
- Ability to navigate documentation and quickly find the required information;
- Experience working with back-office modules and configuring the platform based on client requirements;
- Strong understanding of client applications and troubleshooting principles;
- Experience working with client portals and managing client data;
- Ability to reproduce and verify issues reported by clients;
- Experience delivering product training sessions;
- English and Russian at C1+ level.
