Work schedule: 2/2 shifts from 14:00 to 02:00 (GMT+3)Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming client tickets;
- Communicating with clients via chat to address their queries;
- Monitoring Grafana and creating alerts for the DevOps team and CTO;
- Configuring the platform in line with client requirements;
- Delivering product training sessions.
We expect you to have:
- 1+ year of experience in Сustomer Support;
- English and Russian proficiency at С1+ level;
- Knowledge of documentation structure and ability to find relevant information;
- Understanding of back-office modules and ability to configure the system;
- Experience working with client applications and portals;
- Ability to independently verify and reproduce client-reported bugs;
- Experience in conducting client training sessions;
- Spanish and knowledge of the iGaming industry are a plus.
