Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, content, backlinks) and develop strategies with KPIs
- Compile and update semantic core, perform competitor analysis, and design website structures
- Develop content strategy, create briefs for copywriters, and optimise materials in collaboration with designers and PR
- Optimise website elements: meta tags, headings, page speed, images, and multimedia
- Develop link-building strategy and monitor backlink profile quality (DA/DR)
- Manage PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads, selecting keywords, optimising bids, and tracking KPIs
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4 and Yandex.Metrica
- Collaborate with developers, designers, PR, and analysts to align SEO and PPC strategies
- Experiment with new tools and formats to improve results
We expect you to have:
- 3+ years of experience as an SEO specialist or digital marketer with a focus on organic growth
- Proven success in increasing organic traffic and generating leads
- Technical SEO skills (WordPress, Tilda, or other CMS)
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similarweb, Screaming Frog
- Link-building experience, including international platforms and guest posting
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Yandex.Metrica
- Experience in setting up and managing PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Strong reporting skills and ability to work with ROI and business KPIs
- English at B2 level, Russian at B2 level
