About Position 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct SEO audits (technical, content, backlinks) and develop strategies with measurable KPIs 
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP evaluation, and design website structure 
• Create and optimise SEO content (landing pages, blogs, product pages) and prepare briefs for copywriters 
• Improve technical SEO: metadata, schema markup, page speed, indexing, redirects 
• Develop and execute linkbuilding strategy, manage outreach, and monitor backlink quality 
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare performance reports (GA4, GSC, Yandex.Metrica) 
• Collaborate with developers, designers, PR, and analysts to align SEO initiatives 
• Test new tools, content formats, and linkbuilding approaches 

We expect you to have:

• 3+ years of experience as an SEO specialist with proven results in organic traffic and lead growth 
• Strong understanding of technical SEO (audits, structure, speed, indexing across WordPress, Tilda, and other CMS) 
• Experience in linkbuilding (manual outreach, international platforms, digital PR) 
• Solid content creation and editing skills with an SEO focus 
• Proficiency with key tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similarweb, Screaming Frog, Serpstat, GA4, GTM, Yandex.Metrica 
• Ability to prepare performance reports and measure SEO ROI and business KPIs 
• English at B2 level, Russian at B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, IT, or other competitive niches
• Experience with dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI)
