WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule;
- Coordinate business trips, including travel arrangements and documentation;
- Manage business correspondence and prioritize incoming requests;
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items;
- Prepare, review, and maintain business documents and reports;
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and monitor deadlines;
- Communicate executive priorities and track task execution;
- Handle urgent operational requests and resolve administrative issues.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure;
- Strong communication skills and a high level of confidentiality;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently;
- English and Russian at B2+ level.
