About Position 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support ongoing projects, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met;  
• Monitor daily operations, identifying anomalies and inefficiencies in project/process operations;  
• Provide technical and organizational support for project tasks (e.g., deploying to test servers);  
• Collect, analyze, and prepare regular reports on project performance and operational metrics;  
• Maintain and update internal documentation (Wiki/YT/MS Office) on processes, architecture, server details, test credentials, and changes;  
• Contribute to business process improvements. 

We expect you to have:

• 1+ year of experience in project management, process coordination, or event organization (Junior+);  
• Systematic approach, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize;  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends;  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote);  
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changes; 
• English and Russian at B2+ level. 

Nice to have: 

• Experience working in cross-functional teams;  
• Basic technical knowledge;  
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence principles.
