L2 Engineer (On-Call)

About Position 
  • Employment: 24–32 hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible (4-6 hours per day with shift options) + on-call duty
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing incidents from L1 support or monitoring systems;
  • Diagnosing service issues;
  • Restoring system functionality;
  • Escalating complex issues to L3/engineering teams;
  • Diagnosing technical issues during on-call shifts;
  • Managing infrastructure;
  • Conducting post-incident analysis.
We expect you to have:
  • 1+ year of Linux experience (Middle);
  • Command line skills;
  • System log analysis;
  • Networking fundamentals;
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and network errors;
  • Experience with Docker/container services, web servers (Nginx/Apache), and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis);
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana/ELK, Sentry, or similar);
  • English at B1+ level, Russian at B2+ level.
