About Position 

Time Zone GMT +7/8

Responsibilities:

• Manage simple to mid-complexity projects for clients in time zones from GMT+8 to GMT+5.5;
• Use project management tools: YouTrack, Jenkins, Wiki, and client communication channels (Skype, Slack, Telegram);
• Gain deep knowledge of products for effective management of client applications, admin panels, and server-side components;
• Retrieve information from documentation and YouTrack tasks, configuring products based on instructions;
• Understand poker/casino as a business to enhance service quality;
• Build and maintain strong communication with clients and within the team;
• Follow established project management processes and standards.

We expect you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in managing IT projects (Middle);
• Strong ability to gather client requirements, assign tasks, track progress, and keep clients informed about timelines;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex negotiations;
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly;
• English and Russian proficiency at С1+ level;
• A technical background is a plus.
