About Position 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor poker games and identify suspicious behaviour patterns; 
• Detect and investigate cases of fraud, collusion, or the use of prohibited software (bots, RTA, etc.); 
• Analyse player statistics, transactions, and game logs; 
• Prepare reports and recommendations to strengthen game integrity measures; 
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Security, and Development teams for rapid incident response; 
• Develop and implement new tools and methods to enhance game protection.

We expect you to have:

• 1+ year of experience in online poker (as a player, analyst, moderator, or security specialist); 
• Strong understanding of poker strategy and mechanics (Hold’em, Omaha, and other formats); 
• Data analysis skills and the ability to interpret logs and statistical patterns; 
• Experience with Excel and SQL (Python is a plus); 
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset; 
• English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level. 

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a poker room or betting company’s security department; 
• Familiarity with anti-fraud systems; 
• Knowledge of GTO theory and poker solvers.
