Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business objectives in the Asian markets;
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, focusing on market expansion and customer acquisition;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, stakeholders, and industry partners;
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape;
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience;
- Process both inbound and outbound sales funnels effectively;
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and project management to align strategies and achieve business goals;
- Represent the company at industry conferences to advance sales goals and enhance EvenBet Gaming’s brand presence;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
We expect you to have:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience;
- Chinese — native or bilingual proficiency, English — full professional proficiency;
- Proven track record in sales across Asian markets;
- Strong business development skills, with a strategic mindset and exceptional business acumen;
- Deep understanding of Asian market segmentation;
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable strategies;
- Willingness to travel within the region.
