About Position

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle of recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles across multiple locations;
• Organising all stages of the hiring process;
• Collaborating directly with team leads and hiring managers;
• Partnering with sourcers and recruitment agencies;
• Taking part in HR projects;
• Maintaining the candidate database and building long-term relationships with potential employees.

We expect you to have:

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or HR specialist with a focus on hiring;
• Experience working in the IT sector;
• The ability to source candidates through a variety of channels;
• English proficiency at B1+ level, Russian at B2+ level.
