Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle of recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles across multiple locations;
- Organising all stages of the hiring process;
- Collaborating directly with team leads and hiring managers;
- Partnering with sourcers and recruitment agencies;
- Taking part in HR projects;
- Maintaining the candidate database and building long-term relationships with potential employees.
We expect you to have:
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or HR specialist with a focus on hiring;
- Experience working in the IT sector;
- The ability to source candidates through a variety of channels;
- English proficiency at B1+ level, Russian at B2+ level.
