Time Zone: CET, CET+2Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and optimise processes;
- Analyse sales performance, track market trends, and refine sales methods;
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, fostering growth and motivation;
- Oversee client relations, lead key negotiations, and resolve conflicts;
- Manage budgets, monitor profitability, and optimise acquisition costs;
- Ensure effective CRM implementation and accurate data tracking;
- Report on sales performance to management and propose improvements.
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in iGaming or related industries;
- Proven track record in strategic planning, target setting, and KPI management;
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and experience in budget management;
- Expertise in CRM systems, sales process automation, and data-driven decision-making;
- In-depth understanding of market trends, client behaviour, and competitive strategies;
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills;
- English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level.
