Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage events (conferences, exhibitions, tournaments, etc.) in the iGaming industry
- Coordinate partners and service providers, ensuring quality and contract compliance
- Manage event budgets and optimise costs
- Develop event concepts and promote them across communication channels
- Oversee logistics – venues, participant coordination, materials
- Manage POS materials – ordering, concepts, inventory
- Analyse event performance and prepare reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content and promotional materials
- Ensure quality and safety standards at events
- Maintain relationships with key partners and clients
We expect you to have:
- 2+ years of event management experience (iGaming or related industries preferred)
- English at B2+ level and Russian at C1/native level
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience in time and resource management
- Budgeting and reporting proficiency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Experience with virtual/hybrid event platforms is a plus
