Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and manage the initial communication with leads;
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team;
- Identify and warm up target accounts using an account-based marketing (ABM) approach.
We expect you to have:
- English proficiency at B2+ level; Russian at C2 or native level; Spanish is a plus;
- Experience of 2.5 years or more in lead generation;
- Experience with email platforms: outreach setup, automation, and tracking;
- Experience with LinkedIn: outreach, research, and basic campaign management;
- Working knowledge of Similarweb for company analysis and traffic research;
- Understanding of email marketing basics: subject lines, content structure, links, CTAs, etc;
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills, including asking questions and providing/receiving feedback effectively;
- Initiative and a commitment to completing tasks to the highest standard.
