We are growing our activities across Europe and are hiring Account Manager to cover the European region. You will need to know precisely the EvenBet Gaming portfolio of award-winning iGaming products and evolve strategies to assist new and existing customers. We are searching for a client-oriented person with a proven track record who wants to upgrade their career and help our customers progress.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make demo presentations to clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business growth
  • Strengthen partnerships with existing and new EvenBet Gaming customers by synchronizing the efforts of sales, marketing and pre and post sales technical support to maximize revenue for EvenBet products
  • Coordinate the requests to the Technical Department, control and follow up preparation of tasks, and delivery time
  • Develop and maintain a high level of EvenBet products knowledge and competitive products
  • Follow customer goals and progress to support and drive customer momentum
  • Keep up to date on new features and industry trends
  • Monitor customer satisfaction of the services and products
  • Provide account reports, project status and success stories to internal teams

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or relevant professional course
  • Minimum of 1-3 years account management experience within the global iGaming industry
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English is a must, other European languages are a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Passion for account management and customer-oriented mindset
  • Great attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • High level of comfort in the global business environment
