EvenBet Gaming is an international IT company with 22+ years of experience.

We are developing a unique online platform for multiplayer card games and social casinos. The product receives high recognition in the international markets.

Our team consists of over 130 IT specialists located in different countries and on different continents.

Now we are seeking a Head of Support.

What you will need to do:

  • Cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure timely and effective solution of customer problems;
  • Providing 24x7 customer support;
  • Creating and tracking the system of department performance metrics;
  • Development of monitoring and communication tools;
  • Optimization of customer support processes;
  • Managing the escalation of customer problems.

What will we value in you:

  • Experience in managing support departments for at least 3 years;
  • Industries: software development, online games, online gambling;
  • Extensive experience in management: creation of departments from scratch, achievement of indicators, automation of processes, implementation of metrics;
  • Spoken English C1.

    Account manager (Malta)

    We are growing our activities across Europe and are hiring Account Manager to cover the European region. You will need to know precisely the EvenBet Gaming portfolio of award-winning iGaming products and evolve strategies to assist new and existing customers. We are searching for a client-oriented person with a proven track record who wants to upgrade their career and help our customers progress.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Make demo presentations to clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business growth
    • Strengthen partnerships with existing and new EvenBet Gaming customers by synchronizing the efforts of sales, marketing and pre and post sales technical support to maximize revenue for EvenBet products
    • Coordinate the requests to the Technical Department, control and follow up preparation of tasks, and delivery time
    • Develop and maintain a high level of EvenBet products knowledge and competitive products
    • Follow customer goals and progress to support and drive customer momentum
    • Keep up to date on new features and industry trends
    • Monitor customer satisfaction of the services and products
    • Provide account reports, project status and success stories to internal teams

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree or relevant professional course
    • Minimum of 1-3 years account management experience within the global iGaming industry
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English is a must, other European languages are a plus
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Passion for account management and customer-oriented mindset
    • Great attention to detail and problem solving skills

      Business Development Manager (Malta)

      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Lead, create and execute effective sales strategies toward the achievement of the sales targets along with handling key responsibilities and company-wide objectives
      • Provide exceptional customer relations by guiding customers on EvenBet products, showing demos, monitoring and reviewing customer performance, confirming smooth communication, and supervising operational excellence
      • Present the EvenBet Gaming brand, and evolve our brand reputation to strengthen existing relationships and building new ones
      • Understand competitors pursuits including marketing activities, pricing strategies, promotions, market share of key iGaming suppliers and developers
      • Work with the Marketing team to drive programs/events to increase brand coverage
      • Report monthly on sales forecasts and taking proactive measures to ensure the CRM is updated healthy and on time
      • Identify and look for opportunities to improve business processes, collaborate with customer service and regional strategy actions
      • Synthesize customer feedback to assist with our product roadmap
      • Introduce the EvenBet Gaming brand at the international iGaming summits and conferences

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree or above, over 3 years of proven business development working experience
      • Experience developing business strategies for iGaming products
      • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English is a must, other European languages are a plus
      • Proficiency in working with CRMs
      • Deep understanding of the current situation and trends in the iGaming industry
      • Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing others to achieve results
      • Logical mindset, willingness to take on challenges in a fast-changing business
